When should I bottle my wine?

You should start to bottle your wine after the fermentation process has completely stopped and the wine has become clear.

This is to ensure that you are not going to have any kind of sediment in your wine.

You can also place your wine in other containers to start the aging process. Most reputable wine makers use oak barrels to achieve a certain flavor or color in their wine.

Most home brewers age their wine in the bottle for around six months to a year. After that you can sample your wine and if is not up to your expectations, you can just age it for a longer period of time.
